A delicious and easy baked chicken dish topped with fresh vegetables and cheese, perfect for a quick dinner.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted.
