A delicious and easy baked chicken dish topped with fresh vegetables and cheese, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with cherry tomatoes, spinach, and cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with basil leaves before serving.
