Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • Combine dry ingredients; alternate adding with milk to batter.
  • Pour into greased dish and bake 25-30 mins.
