A delicious low-carb cauliflower bake perfect for keto beginners. Creamy, cheesy, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
Vegetables

cauliflower florets

shredded cheddar cheese

cream cheese

grated parmesan cheese

sour cream

olive oil

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil cauliflower in salted water for 5-7 minutes, then drain.
Mix cauliflower, cheeses, sour cream, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with chives if using.
Notes
This dish is perfect as a low-carb side or snack. Feel free to add extra cheese on top before baking for a cheesier crust.
