Ingredients

Eggs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup diced bell peppers
  • 0.25 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup sliced pepperoni
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions 

  • Heat a skillet with olive oil or spray over medium heat.
