Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine oats, protein powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Mix dry ingredients into wet, fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
