Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in spices, then add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, cook for 5 minutes, then garnish with cilantro and serve.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce spices; serve with rice or naan for a complete meal.
