Enjoy these quick and healthy wraps filled with creamy avocado, tender chicken, and fresh greens for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 pieces whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 ripe avocado avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt or sour cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional lime juice (for drizzling)

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded chicken with Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mashed avocado over each tortilla.
  • Add greens, tomatoes, onion, and chicken mixture on one side of each tortilla.
  • Drizzle with lime juice if desired.
  • Roll tightly, fold sides, and slice in half.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for best flavor and creaminess.
