Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

Sauce & Oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and bell pepper; stir-fry 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Add broccoli; cook 5 minutes until tender-crisp and bright green.
  • Pour soy sauce, season with salt and pepper; stir well and cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately or cool for meal prep.
