Delight in these rich, no-bake raw chocolate brownies made with wholesome ingredients and a luscious chocolate topping.
Ingredients

raw unsalted walnuts

pitted medjool dates

walnuts (optional, if you want some walnut chunks)

cocoa powder

vanilla extract

coconut oil

maple syrup
Chocolate topping

coconut oil
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Pulse walnuts, dates, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until sticky dough forms. Add optional walnuts for chunks and pulse briefly.
Press mixture into the pan and smooth the top. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over the brownies.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set, then slice into squares.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
