Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and halved mozzarella balls.
Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together.
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic mixture over the salad, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
