Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
