Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 large carrots (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
