Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs or breasts

Seasonings

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Vegetables
