This creamy Crock Pot Green Bean Casserole is a perfect make-ahead side dish that’s easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Green Beans

  • 2 cans green beans (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup french fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix cream of mushroom, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add green beans and half of the cheese; stir well.
  • Transfer to Crock Pot, top with remaining cheese and fried onions.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours until bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce or hot sauce.
