A delicious and easy green bean casserole perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners, cooked effortlessly in the crockpot.
Ingredients
Green Beans

fresh green beans, trimmed

cream of mushroom soup
(10.5 oz can)

sour cream

cup
grated cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
chopped onion
1
cup
milk
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
salt

crispy fried onions
Instructions
Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add green beans, onion, and half of fried onions; stir well.
Pour into crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top.
Before serving, top with remaining fried onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or paprika before serving.
