Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
  • Mix sweet potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  • Flip halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm.
