Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
Mix sweet potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
Flip halfway through for even browning.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
