Ingredients
Pasta

elbow macaroni

water
Cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

milk

cream cheese

garlic powder

onion powder
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine macaroni and water in the crockpot.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in milk and cream cheese.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, add cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
