A comforting and easy-to-make chicken stroganoff cooked slowly to develop rich flavors, perfect served over rice or noodles.
Ingredients
Protein

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Vegetables

medium
onion, chopped
3
cloves
garlic, minced

mushrooms, sliced
Liquids and Sauces

cup
chicken broth
1
tablespoon
worcestershire sauce
1
teaspoon
paprika
to taste
salt and pepper

cup
sour cream
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Place chicken strips in slow cooker, then add onion, garlic, and mushrooms on top.
Pour in chicken broth, add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Stir in sour cream and cook for 15 more minutes on low.
Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a little more sour cream at the end.
