A classic holiday side dish, this creamy green bean casserole is easy to prepare in a slow cooker and topped with crispy fried onions.
Ingredients
Green Beans

green beans, drained
Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions
Combine green beans, mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a slow cooker. Mix well.
Stir in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese and fried onions. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more fried onions just before serving.
