Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Sauces and Condiments

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
