Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Place chicken in slow cooker, pour sauce over, and cook on low 4-5 hours.
(Optional) Thicken sauce: remove chicken, stir cornstarch slurry into sauce, simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to slow cooker or pour sauce over, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on your slow cooker model. For a thicker sauce, use the optional thickening step.
