Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Sauces and oils

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Vegetables

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker and pour sauce over.

  • Shred chicken and stir to combine with sauce and veggies.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

For a quicker meal, cook on high for 3-4 hours.
