A delicious low-carb casserole featuring roasted spaghetti squash topped with cheeses and fresh basil, perfect for a comforting yet healthy meal.
Ingredients

whole milk ricotta cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the squash until tender, about 25-30 minutes sliced or 50-60 minutes whole.
Cool the squash, then scrape out the strands with a fork. Mix with marinara and cheese.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, top with ricotta and parmesan cheeses.
Broil until golden and crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Season with black pepper and garnish with basil.
Notes
Keep a close eye during broiling to prevent burning.
