(4-6 lbs.)

salt
(use when done on "noodles")
Instructions
Insert about 2" cuts all over the squash to vent.
Bake at 425°F for 60 minutes.
Slice lengthwise and bake for an additional 15 minutes if needed.
Scrape out the noodles with a fork and season with salt.
Notes
Be sure to check tenderness before scraping out the noodles.
