A simple and healthy way to enjoy spaghetti squash as a low-carb alternative to pasta. Perfect for a quick, nutritious meal.

  • 1 large spaghetti squash (4-6 lbs.)
  • 1 pinch salt (use when done on "noodles")

Instructions 

  • Insert about 2" cuts all over the squash to vent.
  • Bake at 425°F for 60 minutes.
  • Slice lengthwise and bake for an additional 15 minutes if needed.
  • Scrape out the noodles with a fork and season with salt.

Notes

Be sure to check tenderness before scraping out the noodles.
