1largeromaine lettuce(head)
3large handfulsspinach(about 3 packed cups)
10strawberries
1/2cuppoppy seed dressing(homemade or bottled)
1/4cupdried cranberries
1/4cupsliced almonds
1/2cupfeta cheese
Instructions
Chop romaine lettuce, wash and dry lettuce and spinach, and chop strawberries.
Add greens to a bowl and toss with poppy seed dressing.
Top with strawberries, cranberries, almonds, and feta cheese.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Add grilled chicken or chickpeas for a heartier meal.
