  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish with chives or green onions before serving.

Notes

Cooling the potatoes before mixing prevents a runny salad.
