Spicy Mayo
1half cupmayo
1tbspsriracha (for spicy mayo)
2-3tbspwater (for spicy mayo)(adjust as needed)

Instructions
Cook rice and set aside.
Chop broccoli and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
Steam or sauté broccoli until tender. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and slurry. Add to chicken and simmer until thickened.
Prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayo, sriracha, and water. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds.
