0.5cupcrumbled feta cheese(optional)
Dressing
0.25cupolive oil
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonhoney
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
Toast pecans in a skillet until fragrant and golden brown. Let cool.
Combine spinach, strawberries, pecans, and red onion in a bowl. Add feta if using.
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
