Instructions
Melt butter, add pecans and sugar, stir until coated and melted. Cool on parchment paper.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Combine spinach, strawberries, red onion, feta, and candied pecans. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, omit the feta cheese and use maple syrup instead of honey in the dressing.
