4cupsraw spinach
1cupsliced strawberries
1/4cupshaved or grated parmesan
1/2cupcandied pecans
Lemon Vinaigrette
4tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
3tablespoonshoney
1/2teaspoonsea salt
1/2teaspoonlemon zest
Instructions
Lemon Vinaigrette: in a small bowl whisk ingredients together until blended.
Salad: in a large serving bowl place spinach, strawberries, parmesan, and pecans.
Just before serving drizzle salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and Enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan option, omit the parmesan cheese and use maple syrup instead of honey in the vinaigrette.
