A delicious and wholesome dish featuring bell peppers stuffed with seasoned ground turkey and rice, baked to perfection.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add ground turkey; cook until browned. Mix in tomatoes, rice, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stuff peppers with mixture, place in baking dish, top with cheese if desired.
Bake covered for 30-35 mins, then uncover and bake 5 mins to melt cheese. Serve hot.
Notes
You can customize the filling with additional vegetables or spices for extra flavor.
