Ingredients

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the basil pesto, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Drizzle the pesto dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt and pepper as desired.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
Notes
For added protein, consider adding grilled chicken or chickpeas.
