Ingredients

Oats

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • water water (enough to cook oats)

Spices and Flavorings

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Seeds and Nuts

  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons tablespoons walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon flax meal

Fruits and Sweeteners

  • 1/2 banana banana sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons teaspoons peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Bring water to a boil, add oats, vanilla, and cinnamon. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour oatmeal into a bowl, top with seeds, nuts, fruit, and drizzle with peanut butter.
