A warm and spicy soup combining sweet potatoes, garlic, and chillies for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté chopped onion until translucent, then add garlic and chillies, cooking for 2 minutes.
Add diced sweet potatoes and cook briefly.
Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Puree the soup until smooth, season with salt and pepper, then serve hot with coriander if desired.
Notes
Adjust chillies to your preferred spice level.
