Instructions
Bake sweet potatoes at 400°F (200°C) until tender, then cool and mash.
Mix mashed sweet potatoes with egg, salt, and nutmeg.
Gradually add flour to form a soft dough, then roll into ropes and cut into pieces.
Shape gnocchi with a fork and boil until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with sauce.
