A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining ground beef, vegetables, cheese, and crispy tater tots.
Ingredients

diced onions

mixed veggies

condensed cream of mushroom soup
(about 15 ounces)

Worcestershire sauce

milk

shredded cheddar

frozen tater tots
Instructions
Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet, then drain.
Mix in veggies, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture into a 9x13 dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
Layer frozen tater tots over the cheese.
Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and lean ground beef.
