A flavorful and easy-to-make stuffing perfect for Thanksgiving, combining cornbread, vegetables, herbs, and optional sausage and pecans.
Ingredients
Dried Mix

jiffy cornbread mix

chicken broth

celery, chopped

onion, chopped

butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare and bake cornbread according to package instructions.
Melt butter in a skillet; sauté celery and onion until softened.
Crumble baked cornbread into a large bowl. Mix in sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, herbs, eggs, and optional sausage and pecans.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of additional herbs or spices as desired.
