This refreshing avocado salad is packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

ripe avocados
(diced)

cup
cherry tomatoes
(halved)
1/2
red onion
(finely chopped)

cucumber
(diced)

fresh cilantro
(chopped)

lime
(juiced)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and diced cucumber.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil until well combined.
Pour the lime and olive oil dressing over the salad ingredients.
Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients without mashing the avocados.
