Ingredients

red onion

sour cream

mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and chopped red onion.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumber and tomato mixture and toss gently to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
