Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, torn basil leaves, and sliced red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
