A refreshing salad featuring cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and mozzarella, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
(halved)

cucumber
(diced)

fresh mozzarella balls
(halved)

fresh basil leaves
(torn)

extra-virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar

black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and halved mozzarella balls.
Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice.
