Ingredients

ripe avocado, diced

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine.
