Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together to mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss again until everything is evenly coated.
