Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
(halved)

(diced)

fresh mozzarella balls
(drained)

fresh basil leaves
(torn)

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

(to taste)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber.
Add the fresh mozzarella balls and torn basil leaves to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes.
