Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 medium cucumber (diced)
  • 1 ripe avocado (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
