Ingredients

Pasta

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  • Combine macaroni, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan in the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together milk, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the pasta and cheese, stirring to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours until tender and bubbly.
  • Stir well before serving and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or a dash of hot sauce.
