A delicious and easy-to-make tuna melt wrap perfect for a quick lunch or snack.
Ingredients
Canned Goods

can
tuna, drained
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
dijon mustard
1/4
cup
shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1
tablespoon
chopped green onions (optional)
1
large
tortilla wrap
to taste
salt and pepper
for grilling
butter or cooking spray
Instructions
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, and green onions; season with salt and pepper.
Spread mixture on the tortilla, fold and roll tightly.
Heat skillet, add butter or spray.
Cook wrap seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook other side.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
