A delicious and easy-to-make tuna melt wrap perfect for a quick lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for grilling butter or cooking spray

Instructions 

  • Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, and green onions; season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread mixture on the tortilla, fold and roll tightly.
  • Heat skillet, add butter or spray.
  • Cook wrap seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook other side.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
