  • 1 spray Cooking spray
  • 0.25 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sprig Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Spray a baking dish with cooking oil and fill with potato salad
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Carefully stir the potato salad
  • Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses
  • Bake for an additional 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and garnish with parsley
