Ingredients

Pasta

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni

Cheese

  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Liquids

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

To taste

  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain.
  • Combine cooked pasta, cheeses, milk, cream, melted butter, mustard, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir until well mixed, then transfer to crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
  • Add more milk if needed for desired consistency, then serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper.
