A quick and creamy baked pasta dish combining tender chicken, broccoli, and cheese for a comforting meal.

spiral pasta
(uncooked)

flour
(all purpose/plain)

chicken broth
(warmed)

unsalted butter

broccoli
(or 2 medium, broken into florets)

shredded cheddar or colby cheese
(or tasty cheese, pizza mix)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F. Toss chicken with salt, pepper, thyme.
Spread pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle flour, then pour in milk and broth. Add garlic and butter, stir.
Top with chicken and broccoli, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil, stir in most cheese, then top with remaining cheese. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden.
Let stand a few minutes, then serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure milk and broth are warmed for best results.
